Let’s talk about the dreaded cardio workout. As a bodybuilder, this is usually the least favorite workout. We have some video clips to encourage and motivate you to get your treadmill workout going. Not all of these are fails, but some are people just having a great time getting their workout completed. Isn’t that what it’s all about? It’s all about the journey and having a good time. Not just getting fit and hating it. You will never get to your goal if you hate what you are doing.
