Start your week off with a bang! This video will give you a good laugh and hopefully give you some motivation to train hard at the gym on Monday.  We all know that Monday usually kicks it off for a new training week and you should NEVER miss a Monday.

Squats:

Squats done this way…

definitely miss this technique.  Usually the chair, means sit. I will admit this is very creative to get your legs done.

I really love the Smith Machine, but I’ve never seen it used quite like this before.  He’s laying on a bench and pushing the squat bar up with his legs.  I think using your gravity and standing on this one would give more much more gains.

Push Up

Do it this way if you want to make NO progress.  Lift those abs and use that core.  The body needs to be straight and bend the arms to work the chest and triceps.  This just looks like low back pain waiting to happen.

Chest Press

Make sure you have a spotter on your chest press.  Disaster can happen when you least expect it, especially if you are pushing yourself to max.  This guy almost chokes himself without a spotter.  I bet he’ll have a nice mark on his neck with this one.
