Some people would think by our videos that we don’t like new gym goers. The opposite it true. We just find it entertaining (at other’s expense) when they decide to be a gym goer. It’s about time some of these people ask for help! If you think your form needs improvement ask another person at the gym for a pointer or two. Most people at the gym are helpful and don’t mind. Another option is to schedule an appointment with a personal trainer. Most gyms have a free session you can use to get you acquainted with the machines and exercises.
