If your profession requires you to travel often then you know how hard it can be at times to find time to workout. Many hotels still don’t have their own workout rooms and finding a gym close by can take more time and hassle than it’s worth. Don’t worry, there’s a quick and simple solution that can help you maintain your physique in about 1o minutes and you don’t even have to leave your room. The exercises described below are not, by any means, “earth shattering news” but it will give you the ability to use most of your muscle groups and even get a bit of cardio in.

Start by doing 10 proper form push ups. Then, without resting immediately perform 10 squats. Remember to bend your knees until your quads¬†are parallel with the floor. When finished go back and do 9 push ups followed by 9 squats. Then 8 push ups and so on until you reach one of each. By the time you’ve completed this workout you have 55 reps of each under your belt and your lungs are more than likely burning!

In the beginning you may not be able to accomplish this without taking short breaks. That’s ok, before long you will be able to. When it becomes too easy start with 11 reps. By doing so you will have completed 66 reps of each exercise.
